Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your first purchase. Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days have passed since the initial purchase date.

Refund Process Upon Approval
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within approximately 10 days. An email notification will be sent to inform you of the completion of the process. If your refund request is denied, we will notify you with the reason for the denial.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If more than 14 days have passed since you received the refund confirmation email and you still have not received your refund, please check the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time may delay the posting of the refund.
